- Drink ½ cup of fresh cabbage juice morning and night. Or make cabbage juice cocktail:

Use spring or summer cabbage if possible.  Juice the raw cabbage and add 25% celery juice and if desired 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice or citrus juice or tomato juice to each glassful.  Drink 1 quart a day for 2-3 weeks.

 

- Don’t drink milk, but fresh cream is okay.

 

- Eat tapioca.

 

- Eat plantain flour.  See link

 

- Eat bananas

 

- Drink slippery elm tea.  Add  ½  teaspoon to a cup of steaming water and steep for 15 minutes.

Drink within ½ hour.

 

- Drink myrrh tea.

 

- Swallow several olive pits.

 

- Take aloe vera gel (2-3 oz ) daily.

 

- Take Pepto-Bismol 3-4 times a day on an empty stomach.  Continue for 1-2 weeks.  Then take once a day for 2-3 weeks.

 

- Orange peel extract helps the stomach to heal.

 

- Take Milk of Magnesia.

 

- Take cayenne pepper before eating.
