OSTEOPOROSIS
-Eat yogurt and exercise (walk at least a mile a day)
-Make sure you are getting Vitamin C&D and 250mg of magnesium twice a day.
-Drink regular tea or green tea.
-Drink a combination or rotation of these herb teas sweetened with honey: Horsetail, Oatstraw, Nettles, Chicory, Alfalfa.
-Make soup once a week with soup bones and 2-3 tablespoons of cider vinegar added to the broth. The vinegar will dissolve many of the bones nutrients and keep your bones strong.
-Eat sardines and canned salmon (be sure to eat the bones) twice a week.
-Avoid all carbonated beverages!
-Use comfrey leaf compresses for any fractures or to strengthen weak bones. Steam several leaves and chop them up. Add a bit of water if necessary and place over chosen problem area. Cover with a moist cotton cloth and let it sit for 2-4 hours.
