MOTION SICKNESS / NAUSEA

 

-Suck on a cut lemon or lime that you salt every so often.

 

 

-Eat a piece of peppermint candy.

 

 

-Sit in the front seat of the car and look out and around to the horizon. Another good trick is to drive. The driver never gets nauseated.

 

 

-Make 0 or 00 gelatin capsules filled with ginger powder and take 1 or 2 before a car, boat, or plane trip.

 

 

-Chew on a piece of sagebrush.

 

 

-Drink raspberry leaf tea.
