INJURIES/WOUNDS

 

-All soft tissue injuries and joint strains respond well to several applications of Arnica Gel.

 

 

To apply heat for strains and sprains:

-Fill a tube sock with rice and heat it in the microwave on high for around 3 minutes. Resulting heating pad has no cords, and conforms perfectly to all body parts. Lasts about 1 hour.

 

 

-Tiger Balm is an excellent natural product from camphor menthol clove that promotes blood flow and healing

 

 

-Natural heat healing can be obtained with a mustard plaster. Mix 2 parts flour, 1 part mustard seed powder and enough water to make a paste. Spread this mix onto a clean cotton cloth and fold in the paste. Place the cloth on the skin for a brief time for healing heat.

 

 

-Muscle cramps can be cured by adding 2 teaspoons of unfiltered honey to each meal for relief within a week.

 

 

Wound Salve- Mix pure pitch with olive oil and petroleum jelly or bees wax for a first aid cream for cuts, skin infections, irritations, sunburns, and bites.

 

 

-Apply slices of fresh papaya to all stubborn wounds and infections.
