-Steady pressure behind left ear (in dip) and deep breath with chin on chest.

 

 

-Eat a spoonful of sugar.

 

 

-Breath into a paper bag.

 

 

-Drink a glass of water from the opposite side of the glass with your chin pressing the near side.

 

 

-Take a deep breath and hold it down hard as long as possible. Repeat 3 times.

 

 

-Grasp the tongue with a clean cloth, pull it forward squeezing firmly and count to 100.

 

 

-Rub the roof of your mouth (near the back) with a cotton swab.

 

 

-Rub your eyes hard.

 

 

-Take a mouthful of cold water, place middle finger on both hands in your ears, swallow water and remove fingers after a brief pause.
