CRAVINGS AND SWEET TOOTH

 

Sweet Tooth- Dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water. Rinse mouth for a few seconds. Voila! Craving is gone.

 

Eat 1-2 oz of black licorice

 

 

-Maternity craving is usually a lack of minerals. Take 1 tablespoon cider vinegar (not just flavored but true cider vinegar) in a glass of water sweetened with one tablespoon of honey.
