ARTHRITIS (JOINT PAIN)

 

-Diet Considerations:

Eat fresh pineapple daily (or take 4 or 5 bromelin tablets)

Eat gelatin (jello) 3 or 4 times a week

Eat the cartilage off of a chicken bone

Eat Mackerel/Salmon/Sardines 5oz twice a week

 

 

-Turmeric has been used in India as a cure for centuries. If you don’t like the flavor in your foods make gelatin capsules and take as a supplement.

 

 

-Soak golden raisins in gin for 24hrs and then eat 10 a day.

 

 

-Eat 5 grams of fresh ginger daily or 1.5 grams ginger powder. Continue for 2-3 months. Will relieve morning stiffness.

 

 

Daily Drink- 1 tablespoon Vinegar mix into a glass of distilled water with 1 tablespoon Honey to sweeten.

 

 

-Wrap the painful joint in several cabbage leaves minced and mixed with 1/4 of a cup of chamomile tea.

 

 

-Blend a peeled potato with a glass of water. Squeeze out juice and drink.

 

 

-Bring ½ cup of bran to a simmer in a quart of water. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Soak affected joint for 1/4 of an hour. Clean off with a dry wash cloth and apply raw onions. Cover with a plastic wrap. Leave on for several hours. Repeat daily as needed.

 

 

-Eat crystalized ginger candy daily or cook with ginger.
