Edgbarrow Unleashed

This is the site for anyone who attended Edgbarrow School between 1990 and 2000. Apologies for all those shoddy adverts though. (I'm too tight to pay for hosting)
So you survived Edgbarrow then! Some of you still call Crowthorne home, others have crossed the globe and started careers and families, but there will be a part of all of us tied to those dusty corridors.

Reunion News:

Well done to Lisa and Tim for getting the ball rolling, and James for booking.

Keep the 10th and 11th August free for a chance to relive your past (the good bits of it anyway). Padworth is booked, offering cooking facilities, toilets, a pub down the road, plenty of room to pitch a tent and an almost unlimited supply of firewood. There's also probably a sofa or two indoors for those who appreciate home comforts. Those already signed up include:
Lisa W - up for anything as long as it involves beer.
Tim B - needs a campsite with pub, strip club and large fire (but not necessarily in that order)
Ali M - in Oz (as a munchkin?). Ready for a virtual reunion.
James C - he'll be there with flashing lights.
Kevin S - Coming for a drink or two, and bringing...
Jess S
Jaimie H - hoping to come, and may bring a friend or two
Kathryn W - may be able to fit in a visit
Me (Dave W)

We're waiting to hear from Shani, Adam, Steve D and Claire B, amongst others

If there are any mistakes here, or you hear from anyone else, let me know.

What was your favourite music from this time? Which tracks hold memories? I'll start a list below, and try to get a compilation together, for when everyone's had enough drink to be able to listen to them again. Chart toppers in summer 1992 included Snap - Rhythm is a Dancer, Erasure with Abba-esque and teen idol Jimmy Nail warbling 'Aint No Doubt'.

On this site is a collection of memories from 1990 - 2001. If you were at Edgbarrow at that time, you might be on here somewhere.

I've tried to recall first names of those with a starring role. If there are any blanks or mistakes, please feel free to send in corrections. (spelling errors will be copied out ten times and tested again next week)

Any contributions or messages can be added; contribute by clicking below. In the meantime, stay in touch. This will be updated regularly.
