To use these sprays while playing Counter Strike goes through a simple precess. First of all you have to select a spray. Once you have found the one that best fits your liking, click on it. it should ask you if you want to save it to a disk or open it from where it is. Save it to a disk. Then it should bring up another box asking where you want it saved. Save it in the Half-Life folder and name it: pldecal.wad and press okay. It should ask if you want to overwrite the current pldecal.wad, click "yes". There you go! It should be all set up to play with.

But one rule. you must NOT go into customize or the old pldacal will overwrite this one and then you will have to do the process all over again.
