Section 1:

Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.

Section 2:

Each state will be given basic rules they must come by from the government.

Section 3:

You can add states to the United States of America.

Section 4:

People of the United States will be protected by the government by all means.
