Section 1:

 

The executive power shall be give to a President of the United States. People in the States will elect and vote for different candidates to be president of the United States.

 


 

Section 2:

 

The president will have power over the militia and will be able to give advice for treaties and proclamations to wage war.

 


 

Section 3:

 

    The president will give the houses information on the states and will be able to adjourn sessions if necessary.

 


 

Section 4:

 

     The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on charge for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and bad behavior.
