-One double (2 persons) and three single (3 persons). This room comfortably sleeps five. Great for kids. 19" TV/VCR combination unit.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
-50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Pet Policy
-Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed.
Quiet Time Policy
-There is no designated quiet time... guests must respect neighbours.
Infant Policy
-Children of all ages are welcome.

-The check in and out policy is flexible and should be discussed with the Owner.

-There is one gas burning fireplace that is faced with wood and stone/rock.

-The 7 person hot tub is private to this unit. The hot tub is located outdoors and is covered by a deck/balcony.
