Now, you seem to be a very qualified person but you will need to be able to do these things as Head:
~ provide newbie packs
~ make your own site for your class w/ assignments
~ you must not randomly give out points
~ you must monitor your common room (not up yet)
~ you can't give more than 6 detentions a week :]
~ you must see that inactive students are expelled (inactive meaning they don't post for a month unless excused)
~ you have to supply a part of the prizes (just a lil teeny tiny part will do!)

your advantages:
* you will have admin powers to edit the Ravenclaw updates.
* you may update the points
* you get to oversee everything that goes on in the guild
* if you need to know something, just ask :]
* you will have access to the guild account
