11th Circuit Court Bans Ten Commandments

"ATLANTA, Georgia (AP) -- A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that a Ten Commandments monument the size of a washing machine must be removed from the Alabama Supreme Court building."

Commentary:
The rationale of the courts yet again forces excrement in the faces of all decent people in this nation. When we wonder why our country has school shootings, we should consider this quote I once read:

Dear God,
Why do you allow school shootings?
-Student

Dear Student,
I'm not allowed in schools.
-God

An article that best explains my stance on this issue can be found here. I think that removing a tablet that teaches the foundations of the world as we know it is absurd; all in the name of declaring an atheism that this nation was not intended to have.

I quote, from the United States Constitution, the First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..." To me, that says that the government shall not declare a state religion. It says NO WHERE that "all religion is banned" or "any religious act or item is hereby prohibited in all places public." It merely gives people the freedom to choose the religion they wish, without another Inquisition. Our country was founded by Christians, built upon Christian principles. For if you do not have the free will to choose a life through God, how is it true love? However, the Supreme[ly inadequate] Court of the United States takes it upon itself regularly to interpret the constitution as saying that our country as a nation has never been touched by religion. I have a news flash: this whole world was, is, and always will be shaped by religion. Religion is the reason many people do not lie, steal, cheat and murder. We see our downfall coming in increments: Prayer was removed in schools, and Lo and Behold! We had the sexual revolution and the advent of accepted casual sex. We stopped disciplining our children, and voila! - Children start shooting each other in school. Exactly how thick-headed can we as a nation possibly be? Things will only continue to get worse if we do not allow God back into our lives, stop banning Him from all public places, and live under the values that have made us a great nation as the rest of the world has fallen into decadence. Senator Frist Supports Gay Marriage-Ban

"The Senate majority leader said Sunday he supported a proposed constitutional amendment to ban homosexual marriage in the United States. Sen. Bill Frist, R-Tennessee, said the Supreme Court's decision last week on gay sex threatens to make the American home a place where criminality is condoned. "

-Read the full CNN.com article here-

Commentary:
A marriage is a union between a man and a woman in the presence of God, expressing their love and fidelity for one another and declaring that such institution shall last forever. A marriage is a bond between two people who dearly love each other - not with a superficial lust or a temporary fling. This union is ordained in the sight of God and is made holy.
Allowing "marriage" between two people of the same sex is not only a crime against God, but a crime against the idea of love itself. No homosexual can love another the way a man can love a woman or vice-versa. Homosexuality is born of lust; all too often in today's society we get those two concepts confused. It isn't hard with our ability to see a "Girls Gone Wild" commercial every ten minutes during a wholesome TV show, but we must remember the difference between "love" and "lust." Homosexual lust is a perversion that can never be sanctified in the eyes of God, or in any sort of union. Considering homosexuals apt candidates for marriage defames everything sacred about marriage. Liberals would want you to believe that anything that is consensual is OK. It isn't.
By the way, does anyone see the inconsistency between the term "Life Choice" and the all-too-often-heard phrase "I was born this way?" I thought you would.
This legislation must be passed. We as moral people must have this constitutional amendment to keep the ground we have against the advances of our perverse society. Please, pledge your support. Contact Senator Bill Frist and let him know that you support his actions. A great man such as him deserves all the respect and support we can pledge to him.

The Supreme Court - Sodomy Ruling

"WASHINGTON The U.S. Supreme Court rejected Texas' gay sex ban Thursday, ruling that a state law that punished homosexual couples for engaging in sex acts that are legal for heterosexuals was an unconstitutional violation of privacy..."

-Read the full FoxNews article here-

Commentary:
My friends, this is ridiculous. Because of six idiots wearing black robes in Washington DC, the states of Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri must allow "couples" of the same sex to engage in sexual acts with no legal repercussions.
The argument used to defend the act of Sodomy is privacy. It was decided that because what happened between two consenting adults took place indoors and in private, the constitution bans government intervention declaring it illegal. This is NONSENSE. Rape, incest, bestiality, prostitution and bigamy all take place in the privacy of the home, but are not allowed because they deface our country and are absolutely wrong. When a man buys a hooker for two hours, the police arrest him. When a father seduces his eight-year-old daughter, he is arrested and imprisoned, and then usually beat severely by his fellow inmates while incarcerated.
I don't understand how the American public would stand and allow a decision allowing sodomy, (engaging in sexual acts not involving the joining of the penis of a man and the vagina of a woman) between homosexuals! Sex is not meant to be a goal; an icon of pleasure -- it is meant to be an act of love expressed only in the union of marriage between a man and a woman who genuinely love each other. Any other use of the act creates problems; punishments, as I often like to refer to them as; such as HIV/AIDS, Herpes, Chlamydia, etc.
We as Americans allow the good and decent morals we have always kept since the creation of our country to be squandered and thrown away by a group of perverts who only look forward to their own personal sexual gratification; caring nothing for the future of the world - the future in which our children will live. We must make it clear that our children will never have to ask us why a quarter of a million people are marching half-naked down the street outside wearing thongs and feathered hats, groping each other with "pride." Such an impression will destroy any wholesome nature instilled in a child and will constitute an immeidate loss of innocence.

The Supreme Court - Affirmative Action Ruling

"The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday upheld a controversial affirmative action policy employed at the University of Michigan's (search) law school, but struck down a plan used by the undergraduate school that gave certain racial groups a head start in admissions."

-Read the full FoxNews article here-

Commentary
This decision really accomplished little. It invalidated the University's system that gave minorities 20 points in a "100 points to admission" system, yet it also stated that the concept of affirmative action, the consideration of race as a factor when admitting personnel whether they be students or employees designed to improve "diversity" in education and in the workplace, was constitutional and necessary.
OK, I applaud the first part of that. Any system that discriminates against a race or uses race to an advantage while in competition among other races is wrong and should not exist. However, according to that belief I disagree wholeheartedly with the second part of the aforementioned decision. What they decided was a paradox that solved little. Diversity is not something that can be implemented or enforced, but is something that happens by natural processes. The only true equality is to not consider race to any degree whatsoever. Admission into a university has nothing to do with economic backgrounds; the process should be centered entirely around academic and social achievements, and if a majority of whites are admitted, especially on a liberal campus that would consider such a drastic batch of rectal excrement as this, it must mean that in this case the whites are better qualified. That is no unfair stereotype; Asians move here from communist countries and have doctorates before they can speak English or are half way to becoming citizens. Success, in a capitalist society, is only the product of hard work. I live in the deep south (Texas) and the level of inherited ignorance among black families is astounding. I mean no disrespect to anyone, but it is grossly apparent that the black community makes no effort on its grass-roots level to improve their education. Even the consideration of "ebonics" a few years back shows that a slave culture is still retained and only so because our government caters to the needs of those who do not wish to suceed - to excel, no less, by granting more funding dependent on how many children one has, whether one is pregnant, single, uneducated and handicapped. Our country and economic system were built on the idea that through hard work anyone is able to succeed. Through hard work there will be "diversity." With no affirmative action, what exists is an accurate representation of our demographic educational state.
