My Interests
I have many interests and hobbies, these include:
1. Fashion
It has already been recognised that I have a passion for fashion through my experiences and ambitions. I read Drapers, Style and other magazines such as Vogue and In Style to feed my interest. One of my favourite front covers of Vogue is this, issued in January 2002.
From left, standing: Stella Tennant, Erin O'Connor, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Rosemary Ferguson (and unseen on inner cover: Jasmine Guinness, Georgina Cooper, Sophie Dahl, Jodie Kidd). Seated, from left: Cecilia Chancellor, Jacquetta Wheeler, Liberty Ross, Elizabeth Jagger, Jade Parfitt (and unseen on inner cover: Lisa Ratliffe, Karen Elson, Alek Wek and Vivien Solari).
All the models wear looks by British designers, with Jade Parfitt in Paul Smith, Elizabeth Jagger in Russell Sage, Kate Moss in Hussein Chalayan, Naomi Campbell in Julien Macdonald and Stella Tennant in Stella McCartney.
Suprisingly I am a big fan of football. I support Leeds United and I'm hoping they'll be back in the premiership next season! My favourite player was Alan Smith until he moved to Manchester United. However, I still think he is a good player.
The table shows their league positions 2001 to 2003, while they were in the Premiership!
The sports I love to take part in are: hockey, netball, athletics, rounders and cross-country. I represented my high school in all of these sports and was picked to represent my area team in hockey and cross-country.
3. Films
I love films and have a varied taste for all different genres. I'm interested by how well films do in terms of ratings and numbers of people who visit the cinema to view films.
The website www.imbd.com allows you to view the "Top 250 films as voted by users" and claims to be the biggest movie database in the world. Here are the top 10 movies in association with this website:
My favourite film from this list has to be Shawshank Redemption, it's a moving, yet thrilling film. I think you can always tell if a film is good when you can watch it over and over again.
The issue features all the leading British models of the day.
