So
you want to know about AFRA:
AFRA
is not another "group". AFRA is a national directory of existing
groups and individuals who are working on issues concerning the rights
of families, parents, and children.
There
is no cost to register with AFRA, we simply see the need to establish
a comprehensive data base of existing groups and individuals who, although
some may disagree on some issues, are united on fundamental principles:
1.
We have the right, guaranteed by law and the Constitution to make our
own choices in our relationships and marriages; birthing and raising
our children; instilling our own values into our children; controlling
our children's education, health, and discipline; controlling what social
values we chose to accept, or not, for ourselves and our children, without
coercive governmental intervention and control.
2.
We have the right, when we must turn to the judicial system, to courts
that are free from corruption, act in a lawful manner and within Constitutional
constraints, fully accountable to the citizenry so that all parties
can expect to receive fair, prompt, equitable, and objective treatment.
The
traditional structures that were put in place to protect us, our liberty,
and our autonomy have now abdicated their duties as public servants
and have turned against us. American families are under siege. The only
way to restore our autonomy and preserve the freedom to make our own
choices is for us to come together as a political force.
By
registering your organization with AFRA you will receive exposure to
potential clients and funders, media, and like-minded groups. As a registered
group you will have access to a larger and wider database for support,
for announcements, public events, data gathering, mass mailings, legislation,
and political force.
AFRA
includes:
-
Family
Rights Groups
-
Parents
Rights Groups
-
Grandparents Rights Groups
-
Both Mother's and Father's Rights Groups
-
Members of the legal and judicial communities who are working to
preserve the Constitution, and restore integrity to our courts.
-
Ethical, independent therapeutic and medical professionals.
-
Groups
who are working to protect low-income, disabled, and disadvantaged
families.
-
Groups working to restore our educational system by eradicating
OBE and Goals 2000 to put control of the schools back into the hands
of parents and tax-payers.
-
Groups who are working to restore our rights to claim and live by
our own morals and values.
-
Individuals and families who have been injured by government intrusion.
Perhaps
not every one of us could get along in the same room together, but in
the assault on American families we can stand firmly, side-by-side.
