Happy Days
Mood:  party time!
Finally, I turned 16 on July 16th a few weeks ago. Had the best damn birthday a girl?? *coughs*?young adult could ask for.
Firstly I woke up and thought to myself ?hmmm, still living- must be a good sign? then it hit me like a truck hits a midget?I?m bloody 16, I?ve waited like 16 years for this. Anyway I got up and got dressed then went out with Mitch and Matt. They took me to Parramatta and we saw Stephord Wives which was a disappointment but seeing as Nicole Kidman and Bette Midler was in it I?ll forgive it and love it. We went shopping and poking fun at unfashionable people and by the end of our trip to Parra, Mitch bought me flowers??? He is so great and I love him a lot and he cleared his schedule just to go out with me on Friday. After that, I went home but that wasn?t the end of my day. My friends? closest friends who I consider basically family: James, Guy, Maggie, Nicole, Gary, Meagan, Sharon, Mark were waiting for me at home and scared the shit out of me. They told me that we were all going to see some theatre show at the Playhouse in Sydney so Meagan drove half of us, I went in Maggie?s car along with Gary and James and we sang ?Yellow Submarine? by the Beatles and seeing as we didn?t know the words that well, we improvised with ?na na na na yellow submarine, yellow submarine, ta ta ta????LMAO.
Once we got there, they surprised me. We weren?t going to see a theatre show like normal people but they organised for all of us to go bridge climbing! Although a very sweet and FANTASTIC surprise present, it scared the B-Jesus out of me! I HATE HEIGHTS!!!!!! But it was all worth it afterwards. I just love my life??? Got to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE and am thankful for every single one of my friends that made my B-day the best and especially to Maggie, Mitch, Gary and Rick (even though he couldn?t come).
When things seemed the worst last year and I was feeling so negative and yearning to commit suicide, I?m so glad that my parents and friends pulled me out of it. Even the most terrible of events are part of a plan to make things work out for the best if only you let it. Wait and see things through then you?ll find that the bad is always out-weighed with the good. Life doesn?t suck, it just stings a little every now and again like a vaccine needle but then you get a lollipop and in the long run, you are resistant to those bad viruses. To me, that?s a good analogy to explain how things have reason and work out to better us and our lives.
