2008-2009 SEASON

This week the Juniors held Landore to a 1 -1 draw, and the Colts managed 2 convincing wins and put in a
strong performance against a very good Mumbles Rangers team, losing narrowly in the final minutes.
The Colts have their 2 stand-in goalkeepers to thank for their best results of the season so far. Chris and
Lewys both made some superb saves today! A different goalie for each match seemed to work wonders.
It would appear that despite some good play, the Juniors felt the absence of mainstays Callum and Tyler
this week, suffering their first defeats of the season, but both should be back in the team for next week.

FRIENDLY MATCH Saturday 25th October
We will hopefully be taking 2 teams to a friendly match against Bryncoch at Waunceirch Playing Fields.
Meet at the club at 9-30. Kick-off is at 10-30

On 12th October, the boys scored their
50th goal this season.
Great stuff boys, keep it up !
   We are now training at the Elba in Gowerton,
every Thursday, from 6-00 to 7-00.
