TURK'S RATING SYSTEM
Greetings and welcome to the remake and simplified version of Turk's Rating Page. This is a simplified version of my old rating page, with a lot more complex and in depth ratings, as well sa various angles of rating. The rating system will go as follows:

COLOR SIGNATURES
Color signitures are used to summerize and guage someone's value in all three areas. Each time the person's name is used on this site, or on any other site (if applicable) this color signature will be used. Since raw hex will be used as a determiner with each code, there will be 192 points maximum for each rating (breakdowns shown below), the color codes go from 40 (minimum) to ff (maximum) The description for the colors is as follows:

Red = Better personal value
Green = Better post value
Blue = The "Turk" Mod (my personal opinion on if you are put together correctly)
White = More Total Value (if you have good Red, green, and blue values, the color of your signature will be brighter)
Dark Gray = Less Total Value (if you have bad Red, Green, and Blue values, the color of your signature will naturally be darker)

STAT RATING BREAKDOWN
Okay, so now that you know more about signatures, it's time to learn the small ways to obtain value. As with almost anything, some factors are more important than others. Here is a list of 13 stats: 5 personal, 5 posting, and 3 Turk mods

     PERSONAL MODS
Maturity - How mature you seem to be, both based on age, and how you act.
Confidence - The confidence you have in yourself and thoughts that you post
Independence - Are you an independent thinker, or do your thoughts follow hte style and trends of the time?
Knowledge - Are you a knowledgeable person? Do you attempt to be?
Presentation - Do you present yourself in an acceptable fashion? Are you interesting?

     POSTING STATS
Thought - How much thought goes into what you post?
Grammatical/Sentence structure - Do you use proper grammar, spelling, word usage, and avoid abbreviations?
Topic - Do you contribute to intelligent topics?
Backup - Are you able to back up your opinions?
Rhetoric - Do your opinions reach many eyes and ears over the net? Do they, in a positive or negative fashion, see/hear what you say?

ABOUT DOLLAR AMOUNTS
Dollar amounts are different and more complex than before. Your dollar amount is determined using a number of factors. There are 20 classes for each of the 3 catagories. The upper classes can give you enormus value, while the lower classes will merely be worth the amount in your piggy bank. A breakdown of the 20 classes for all 3 catagories can be found here:

Ratings of all three catagories are added together, then multiplied by two modifiers:

• The precentage ratings will be added together, divided into the total possible (300%) then the ratio is multiplied by the dollar amount
• The *Turk Mod* can raise or lower a dollar amount, and I can choose a number from 0.8, to 1.2 to multiply the last modified amount by.
