Servants of the eight-headed serpent god, Orochi. They kept an eye on Rugal Burnstein during the 1994 and 1995 King of Fighters tournaments, under the guise of being his secretaries/assistants (at the request of Goenitz, master of the wind, one of Orochi's elementalist "kings" on Earth). After Rugal's death, they were then assigned to monitor Iori Yagami, the latest in his doomed line to have Orochi's blood coursing through his veins. Mature and Vice were ultimately slain by the berzerk Iori when he was consumed by the 'Riot of the Blood' at the end of the 1996 King of Fighters tournament.
