Halzyn

An organism found on the planet SR388 in the Nintendo Game Boy video game Metroid II: Return of Samus. Halzyns fly slowly and rather unsteadily through the air due to the weight and awkwardness of their two armored shells. These calcified crusts, while thin, are harder than diamond and very resistant to damage - most conventional weapons won't even scratch them. Anyone wishing to terminate a Halzyn would be wise to target the soft, inner body instead. These creatures aren't very aggressive and are easily avoided.
