An aquatic variation of the classic Castlevania Bone Pillar enemy. They can be found submerged in several of the deep pools of water located within the Underground Caverns in Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night.

Their bodies fixed in place to the stone in which they are embedded, Fishheads can't move and serve mainly as underwater guardians. Both heads spit bony projectiles, fashioned from their own rotting ribs and innards, at distant targets. If a trespasser is foolish enough to approach a Fishhead at close range, the heads will instead exhale plumes of fire; these flames are magical in nature, as no ordinary blaze could survive in such an underwater environment. Fishheads are themselves resistant to fire-based attacks, but, being undead, they are particularly vulnerable to any type of holy-powered offense.

After being defeated, Fishheads will occasionally leave behind a bottle of Ice Resistance or an Ice Brand blade (the former is more likely to occur than the latter).
