SHIPPING / DELIVERY

- Allstar Kicks ships sneakers directly from Hong Kong by EMS global service.
- - EMS takes at least 4 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver to the U.S.
- All packages must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local post office will hold your package until it is picked up and signed for.
- In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package.
- We are not responsible for products seized by customs.
- You are responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
- By purchasing from Allstar Kicks, you are agreeing with our terms that we are not responsible for any action by customs.

RETURN POLICY

- NO refunds on any sneakers, but exhange may be possible with acceptable reason(s).
- Without our confirmation, please don't return or exchange any received shoe because there are extra information that you need to follow.
- If you receive sneakers which have a little different from the original sneakers, we are not responsible to exchange for such case.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the sneakers back for an exchange.
- You are required to email us within 2 days after received your sneakers if you want to make an exchange.
