This is the only method available to submit a valid team roster.
Rosters must be submitted prior to coaches meeting.
Submitting a roster does not guarantee your placement in a softball league. Paying your entry fee is the only guarantee.
Before Starting
- Has each of your players submitted their on-line player contract? Do not put a player on your roster that has not completed their contract. Contracts are not complete until their name appears on the Player List. The Player List can be accessed through the link on this website.
- Do you have the correct name for each of your players? You may use only the name that was submitted through the player contract, that name should correspond to the name on their Government Issued ID.
- Do you have each player's contract number? Their number is available from the Player List or from the player themselves.
- Do you have an assistant coach? There must be an alternate contact for your team.
- Do you have shirt numbers for all your players? This is mandatory.
- Any name placed on your roster(including the coaches) must match that person's Government Issued ID.
- Is all your information correct? Make sure. After you submit your roster, there will be monetary charges for changes.
- Remember to use proper capitalization(do not use all caps when entering information)and punctuation, especially in your email address.

Unacceptable Typing Format(roster will be rejected) - smith john doe or SMITH JOHN DOE
