Before continuing you must:

Have a Government Issued Picture ID

Read the City of El Paso Softball Rules

Read the Liability Statement

Have an email address

Have a form of adobe reader,
enabling you to open the rules and liability.

Coaches you are allowed to do contracts for only those players incapable of doing it themselves.
Any player that has their own email address is capable!!!
Remember you are responsible for each player whose contract you complete.
