I would like to thank you for visiting the web page of the San Antonio Storm Intercept Team ( SASIT ). SASIT was founded in 1998 and have logged more that 150 chases since then. The team currently consist of 2 active chase members and 4 stand by members. We also currently have two chase vehicles. AT THIS TIME WE ARE SEEKING MORE ACTIVE MEMBERS. Our two active chase members are both part of the Texas sky warn network and all team members are required to be first aid certified. The primary objective of our team is to capture lightning on film and video.
