As 2009 begins to wind down, we are looking ahead to the 2010 breeding season. Double Tstandard has done a remarkable job of tsiring tspectacular foals out of various breeds of mares. We are especially fond of the cross on American Saddlebred mares. They are delightful in personality, tstatuesque and exquisite in Arabian type. The purebreds he has tsired are tstriking in their appearance as they exude type. Double Tstandard is stamping them all with exceptional tractability.

Of his get shown, 100% have been in the ribbons, lots of them in that pretty blue color! They have been shown in classes from Halter, to Sport Horse Under Saddle to Native Costume and Country English Pleasure, to name a few. We congratulate all the hard working owners that have dedicated themselves to their Double Tstandard get. Unquestionably, Double Tstandard tsets the tstandard as a breeding stallion.

If now is the time to pursue creating the foal of your dreams, contact us.
We welcome you to become involved with us as we continue..............................
Double Tstandard

.....sharing the passion of horse ownership with others.

Below are a few of the Double Tstandard get that have graced the show ring.... all winners!

RCCR DOUBLE PIROUETTE

won her weanling halter class her first time away from the ranch. She also garnered Reserve Champion in her division, competing against all genders of purebred and half Arabians. She danced around the ring with the elegance of a ballerina, the sparkle of a show horse, and although it was her first time away from home, she exhibited the grace of a seasoned pro.

Now in 2009, she is growing into a statuesque beauty, remarkably standing over 16 hands tall. Pirouette has the refinement of the Arabian and the grace of the American Saddlebred. She is a perfect combination of the two breeds.

RCCR DOUBLE PRECIOUS

was purchased as a three year old from us by Darlene Stockton and began her training under the guidance of Ginny Nokes. Precious began her show career in 2007 in Class A competition when she was shown against stiff competition and won the Sport Horse In Hand class. With a quick tack change she returned to the very next class, Sport Horse Under Saddle, and was pinned with another blue ribbon. All this at the tender age of four.

Precious continued to show in Class A and qualified for Regionals in 2008. Region 9 is noted for having some of the toughest competition in the Sport Horse divisions and yet when taken into the ring by an amateur, Precious placed Top Three and Top Four in her two Sport Horse in Hand classes! We are so excited for Darlene and her beautiful Double Tstandard daughter, RCCR Double Precious.

RCCR DOUBLE DEALER

has been rockin' the show ring with Conner West aboard. This remarkable young lady is obviously having a terrific time riding her statuesque black beauty in classes ranging from Native Costume to CEP. Sired by Double Tstandard and born to Kalarama's Sister Kate, Dealer was a delightful foal and turned into a "tstunning" yearling. Always sweet and gentle to handle, he was a favorite here at Rocky Cedar Creek Ranch.

Now under the guiding hands of Conner West, RCCR Double Dealer is exhibiting the athletic ability for which we breed. We wish Conner and Dealer the best the future has to hold.

ALADDINN'S FOXY LADY

just hours after her birth.
THE MIRACLE OF BIRTH

We are vested in each and every mare that is bred to Double Tstandard. From conception to foaling we strive to help you through each step.

One of the most wonderful memories I have is of sitting with a mare owner on foal-watch. As we sat in lawn chairs, the full moon lit the paddock with an ethereal glow. Giddy with lack of sleep we kept each other awake by chatting about our favorite subject, horses. At 3 in the morning with a warm summer breeze gently blowing through her mane, Aladdinn’s Lady lay down and we quietly walked to her side, flashlight and foaling kit in hand. The foaling went smoothly with God’s help, and we watched as the miracle of birth unfolded. Attending the birth of Aladdinn's Foxy Lady will be one memory I will cherish forever.

Now as Foxy begins the next phase of her life, starting under saddle, Vicki and I sit side by side watching her progress. I count Vicki as one of my good friends, and without the Arabian horse, perhaps we would never have met.

ALADDINN'S FOXY LADY
