I finally gave in and gave up the house and moved up north. The real estate investment turned out to be a nightmare. The more fixed the more it fell apart. Word of advice, I should take my own advice but I never do lol, make sure you have the finances before you invest in a fixer upper. They can be more of a *you are fixin to go broke"
