Collin contines to change almost daily.  Sometimes it's hard to believe he's nearly 8 months old!  Here are a few highlights:

Collin is getting around pretty well now by crawling - especially when he sees something he really wants.  Unfortunately, most of the time it's something he can't have anyway (plant, cat, shoe). 

He had his first 2 bottom teeth pop up last week, and his pediatrician said the top two should pop out any day now.  While I don't think he enjoys the cutting teeth part, he seems to enjoy the other "perks" that go along with it, mainly popsicles.  He also seems to like having his little teeth brushed. 

Collin has also recently turned into quite the social butterfly, even if it means being social with himself.  He can't help but wave "hi" (and tries to say it, too!) when he passes a mirror and sees himself. 

Playing ball has become one of Collin's favorite new "hobbies."  He enjoys playing with this Leapfrog Basketball Goal (especially when he gets to slam dunk it) and also likes to play roll the ball and catch.  He hasn't quite gotten the mechanics down to really be able to aim when he rolls/throws, but he tries hard. 

He's also become a little more daring in the food department.  One of his recent favorites?  Pizza.  (go figure)

Please check back.  I'm pretty bad about keeping this updated, mainly because I do it during lunch at work.  I tend to get busy at home and when I'm not, I like to spend the time with my boys.  I'm trying out a different format now, since the other page seemed to load so slow, especially when I'm on dial-up from home.  Hopefully this will be easier for you, too.
