INDICTMENTS: The following is a list of area residents indicted by a Williamson County grand jury on March 18: Duane Eugene Harris, 33, Hutto, driving while intoxicated, $12,500 bond Brandy Len Johnson, 27, Hutto, theft by check, no bond listed Pamela Sue Cline, 44, Round Rock, forgery (three counts), no bond listed Tony Lavell Luckett, 25, Round Rock, tampering with a governmental record (two counts), $15,000 bond Chan Tran Tran, 18, Round Rock, engaging in organized criminal activity, $15,000 bond March 14 Samuel Martinez, 19, 1200 South Mays Street, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with driving while intoxicated, was released on $1,500 bond. March 15 Shemecka L. Brite, 22, 1501 Lawnmont, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with burglary of a habitation, was released on $15,000 bond. March 16 Abner Gabriel Espinoza, 24, 1401 E. Rundberg Lane, Austin, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with assault (family violence), was released on $2,500 bond. John Holmes, 39, 1710 Tamra Court, arrested by Leander police and charged with driving while intoxicated, was released after serving one day in county jail. Cedric Fitzgerald Ellis, 28, 1500 S. Interstate 35, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with interfering with an emergency call, was released on $1,500 bond. Sean Anderson, 20, 1043 Oaklands Drive, and charged with possession of marijuana, was released on $1,500 bond. March 18 Everett L. Tyler, 21, 602 Sweetgum Lane, arrested by Williamson County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with violating terms of probation, was released on $25,000 bond. March 19 Ronald Duane Mann, 45, 247 Bear Creek Road, Liberty Hill, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with driving while intoxicated, was released on $1,000 bond. Gary Ray Lowery, 39, 1500 Lawnmont, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with theft, was released on $7,500 bond. Jude Oritsetimey Esioviwa, 36, 2006 Magnolia, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with assault (family violence), was released on $2,500 bond. March 20 Noah Douglas Havens, 18, 1100 Lawnmont, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with criminal trespassing, was released after serving one day in county jail. Filiberto Vargas Jr., 25, 600-A Hedgewood Drive, Georgetown, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with driving while intoxicated, was released on $1,000 bond. Gregory Allen Ward, 22, 209 Marvin Cove, Hutto, arrested by Williamson County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with violating terms of probation, was released after serving 32 days in county jail. Matthew William Clayman, 22, 151 Hillview, Georgetown, arrested by Round Rock police and charged with driving while intoxicated, was released on $1,000 bond.
