My online portfolio is mainly aimed at potential employers who are looking for Information Systems Technologist. I have tried to design my portfolio in a way that would clearly indicate my skills in the field of technology and what my real interest of work is.

My portfolio is quiet simply and mainly consisting of pages like (Home, Resume, Technical Skills, Projects, Journals and FAQ’s). Each page is simple and to the point so that everyone is able to access the site without facing any problems. Every page gives a brief description of what it is about and provides the related link.

The navigation buttons become bold and orange each time the curser is placed on it. I have made the active link in bold and orange so that the audiences are aware of the page they are on.

The menu bar is consistent on each page with the appropriate sub topic so that my audiences do not get confused and exactly know where they are and what they will get on that particular page. I have used consistent color combinations of blue, red, white, black and orange on each page. I chose these colors not only because it makes the website attractive but at the same time it gives my portfolio a very professional look.

I have kept my text simply and to the point because a lot of text can make the site crowed and my audience might loose interest which would result in being unable to get my main points across. My coding is mainly HTML where as some parts use Java Script. I have used tables and Cascading Style Sheets since I feel that these keep the content more organized and consistent.
