After reviewing different websites I came across Ms. Rashmi Sinha’s website who is a Lecturer in Oakland, CA. I feel that her website meets the requirements of being professional and organized.

Rashmi’s website has all the necessary designs and content needed to have a professional image. Rashmi has shown consistence every where on her portfolio. She has used amazing color combination of blue and pale yellow on each of her pages. Her menu bar is consistent on each page along with her name logo so that her audiences know that they are still on her homepage. Her website is mainly focused on her projects, courses that she has taught, things she intends to do in the future along with some other experiences. Rashmi has used black text on a pale yellow background which makes the text easily readable.

Rashmi’s web page displays her teaching skills and abilities that demonstrate her knowledge and expertise by using Web logs to facilitate online communication in educational settings. Her navigation buttons are very simple and easily locatable. Each page has her contact information and a button to go back to the home page. Rashmi has included a brief biography which shows her professional experience.

Rashmi has managed to keep her site simple and does not use a lot of graphics to distract her audience. She has used Cascading Style Sheets which makes the website extremely easy and organized. She has used tables which are considered a much better approach when it comes to designing a website, as tables give a professional finish. She has also used Java Script for her menu bar. Over all she utilizes her design very professionally unlike most of the other websites.
