Our Pets
I have had a lot of pets in the past few years and I always enjoy getting a new pet. Currently I have two Parakeets and about a dozen fish.
Tara's Puppy
In August of 2003, my Mom and Dad bought a dog for my little sister Tara. Tara had been asking for two years for a dog and my Mom finally found the right one. She chose a Bichon because they are supposed to be good with children. Tara loves the dog even though five years later we still have not been able to get the dog fully house trained!
Tyler's Parakeets
My favorite pets are my Parakeets. I have two Parakeets. Their colors are green and yellow. I have had my green Parakeet for eight years. I received my blue Parakeet as a birthday present in 2003.
Tyler's Fish
Seven years ago my parents gave me a fifty-gallon fish tank for Christmas. I enjoy buying new fish for my fish tank and making it look nice. Right now I have about 15 fish in it. Fourteen of the fish are some kind of tetra fish and fifteenth one is an algae eater. I used to have a lot of trouble keeping the glass clean, but my new algae eater fish takes care of that.
