Well, the first thing to do is to find out if there is a local FTA chapter in your school. If there is not one, get in contact with the nearest FTA chapter or District Officers so that they can help your school get one started.

If these actions fail, the next best thing is to go to the Texas State Teachers Association website, click on the affiliates, and follow the instructions to contact the State TFTA Coordinator.
