460 into a Fox body Thunderbird. (On a shoestring budget). Also the trials and errors. (you may now make fun of my heavily retouched photo of one of the plainest cars I have ever owned.)

This page will progress as work is done. I have started with an '83 turbo coupe which was picked up for a song ($25!) With no rear axle,Tires, engine/trans. I bought a rear axle out of an '86 Lincoln fox body car..at a local U-wrench it for $90! This upgraded me to a limited slip 3.08 geared disk brake rearend that bolted right in (5 lug to boot). The only areas not finished in it's instalation are the emergency brake cables..which are the right length, but the brackets at the end of the cables need repositioned a few inches forward..and the brake hose which is center mounted, instead of the right side.
