LIDO HARBOR LOCATION

LIDO HARBOR is located in League City; which is the wealthiest, fastest growing part of the Clear Lake Area--(according to a thirty-six page Independent Report confirming the local demand coefficient).

Recently, city officials were planning a 900 acre zoning overlay for a mid-term plan to turn Clear Creek into a $425 million water oriented development (adjacent to LIDO) packed with businesses, restaurants, offices and residential sites. This will be a DRAMATIC benefit to LIDO; and ensures that LIDO is surrounded by class.The project could create up to 20,000 jobs in the area and project sales tax revenues at $10 million. We have been approached about providing a "WaterTaxi" service. As of August 12, 2004 the RiverMarket project has been stalled by opposition; but, a downsized version should ultimately be approved.
