Is now in Pre-K, he is learning new things every day. Zach and Josh are now on SPRING BREAK, for a week, needless to say they are both very excited. Now the challenge will be trying to keep them occupied while at home.

Local Late-breaking News Jury Determines Punishment In Jail Murder Case
SAN ANTONIO -- A jury sentenced a state jail inmate to 25 years in prison for the beating death of a fellow inmate.
Juan Ramirez, the defendant, could have faced as little as two years in prison to a maximum of life in prison for helping beat Hermon Robledo, 32, to death.
Ramirez claims he helped kill Robledo at the Dominguez State Jail in January because Robledo wanted to rape him.
The defendant, who was found guilty Thursday, had 15 days remaining on his burglary conviction when the attack happened.
