PERSONAL CONTACT CENTER


Our Personal Contact Center is mainly focused on outbound calling to our client-customers to raise the BAR on proactive customer service. Our customer specialists are trained to explore areas that enhance long-term customer relationships and retention. Our clients realize that customers enjoy being treated like people and that personal communications is always preferred. We contact our client–customers on behalf of our client, so that the customer perceives us as an extension of their primary contact.

All of our contacts are based on motivational scripts written with emphasis on our client’s objectives. Each call reinforces the desire to strengthen the customer experience. We can call from one to many thousands in any given day. Because we design our programs that strengthen the bonding with your customers, our calls are designed to be consistent and on a time-line based on the desired effect our client wants to achieve.

We find that many of our client-customers enjoy receiving the calls from our calling team because of their expert ability to quickly bond and educate the customer. We can focus on welcome calls, product introductions, product updates, new products, customer satisfaction levels, sales referrals, and/or survey trends requested by our client.
