Moody Gardens - Galveston, Texas (J. R. Chase)

Moody Gardens is a complex off of the seawall in Galveston, Texas that I would best describe as an aquatic - rainforest - IMAX exhibit.  There is also a paddleboat ride and a  man-made beach which is open during thesummertime.  I consider the aquarium to be world class.  Currently they have a huge exhibit of seahorses - with hundreds of different species on exhibit.  I highly recommend a visit - regardless of where you live.
