Early settlers of Collin County are now being recognized. North Collin County Genealogical Society is proud to offer a certificate honoring EARLY SETTLERS OF COLLIN COUNTY from 1846 - 1880. NCCGS is actively engaged in the preservation and history of Collin County.
The society was started in October 1995. Minnie Pitts Champ is the founding chairman of NCCGS. The purpose of this SOCIETY shall be to educate the community and individuals in genealogical research, develop genealogical resources, and preserve local historical records.
