Elkhart House Project - October 20, 28, 2001 I didn't post after we did some electrical last week. A friend and professional electrician came up to help with the wiring. The weather was poor on Saturday but since all the work was inside it wasn't that bad. On Sunday we had great weather so we stayed a bit longer to allow the 3 boys to play. We got pretty much all the electrical done. All the home runs are going to where I will mount the panel next week. It was nice having some help as always. This past weekend we started and pretty much completed the plumbing, hung the outside doors, and painted one dormer with our color selection. I think for now we'll keep the colors. The addition of the doors and door trim really help finish the outside look. Perfect weather for working, lows in the 30's and highs in the 60's

Plumbing for the upstairs bath. The smallish 2x8 floor joists left just enough room to give the pipes some slope. |

The downstairs bath and utility room. You can see the pipes for the washer and water heater. |

All of our home runs. The panel will be on the outside of the house. |

Saturday the 28 was a busy day. |
