Elkhart House Project - August 18, 2001 It was siding weekend. We got all the siding up on the south wall and half the siding on the back wall. We also put the 4x8 sheets under the porch to cover it up. I installed the kitchen window and reran the second floor main drain (it had to be twisted a bit). We also took some time to do some farm work. It rained quite a bit on Thursday (Aug. 16) and it rained on on Saturday (August 18). Just a slow steady rain for an hour or more. The 30# felt kept the house dry.
