"Train them up in the way they should go, and when they get old, they will not depart from it". Let's make the Cornerstone Technology Ministry a family ministry, in that we bring and involve our children (and maybe our spouses) to the ministry activities. My own children helped a lot in the initial IS work at the Computer Center and they really enjoyed it and learned a lot. I plan to bring them to later activities especially IS work, paticulary my 13 year old son Travis. We as parents should know that when we do ministry together with our families, we are spending our family time in a very fruitful way. Let's also involve the youth of our churches that are not in our families; after all, we are all members of one Body of Christ and it is our duty to influence the next generation. We can double the fruit of this ministry by training up not only the students, but also our volunteer children. We are not only training them up in technology, but more importantly, in spiritual things and in learning to serve. I urge each of you to find at least 1 youth that you can bring with you to our ministry activities. Also remember that we can do nothing without prayer. Please remember to lift up this ministry in prayer 30 minutes prior to each of our ministry activities, whereever you are at the time. Praise God for each of you! Gary

Ministry Purpose and Scripture

• Assist people in the community by improving computer skills, increasing job skills and assisting in employment placement, all in a Christian environment
• Provide quality and professional computer training to students at a level they can understand
• Encourage and equip students both in computer knowledge and also in Christian spiritual knowledge
• Be a bridge that connects students to the outside world of education and work
• Evangelize and discipile in everything
• James 1:27 - Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
• Isaiah 52:7 - How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation.
• Matthew 28:19-20 - Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
• Matthew 5:16 - Let your light shine before men, that they see your good deeds and praise you Father in heaven.
