Europe

Well, we are off for a two week adventure in Europe !
(Daughter in law, Gail; son, Ray; husband, Vernon and me....Barbara)

When we returned home, we had traveled almost 5,000 miles by motorcoach.
We saw England, Belgium, Luxenbourgh, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Monaco and France
........dispelling the myth, "You can't get anywhere just sitting there"' !

We walked so much, we now feel qualified to write another Jenkins book:
"Walk Across Europe".

Our second night in London included a fine meal,
though in this photo Gail appears to disagree !
(Actually, I think she is savoring the last taste of our scrumpious chocolate dessert.)

The evening was concluded with an cruise on the Thames River.
Isn't the Tower Bridge like a fairy tale?

Full moon and clear weather created a romantic evening.

We had two days sightseeing in London.

Okay, that is Big Ben behind the post.
We got a BIT better at this with time !

We motored to Dover to get a ferry across the English Channel to Calais, France.
Yes, those white cliffs still inspire a song.
