   XeN was founded by Timaeus and Helldemon on January 2000. This guild is one of the greatest achievements that TCC has produced. For 3 years strong, clan XeN has been alive and running. Now more than ever, clan XeN is one of the most recognized clans out there. XeN has shaked the foundations of Diablo II LoD and StarCraft Broodwar. Thanks go to all the members that stick with us and never quit.

 Timaeus, the founder of TCC, is an avid desktop graphics designer. Recently Timaeus has been submitting his images to a desktop specialty site named Caedes. Feedback has been quite good, and if all goes well and there is enough time, more will be out soon.

 TCC is an active small guild supporter. Timaeus enjoys making banners for new clans and even ones that are experienced and need a good visual. Many clans go without good banners and end up folding from lack of site attraction. If you need a banner, and can wait a week for it. You can always post at our FORUM. If you would like to see a few examples then you may visit out example page. We will also do banners for anything that isn't clan related. We are not limited to just guild banners.

Using the SNL cast member that plays the role of Sean Connery on Celebrity Jeopardy, TCC has had it's share of fun with video making. Although time is a large factor when making videos, perhaps we shall make some more soon.

Under the law of the TCC TOS GFX act, which clearly states: anyone receiving Signatures, Banners, Avatars, Web Layouts, Programmable Code, and or other general Services from Timaeus or any staff member of the TCC corporation 1996-2005, is required to compensate the providing body with the rules and regulations stated verbally and or textually.

TCC TOS GFX Act of 1996:
TOS: All images made by Timaeus exist for the duration of time itself. Therefore the payment can not be refunded and or taken back in any manner. All payment is non-refundable and therefore all purchases are final and non-negotiable after transaction. All clients and consumers are responsible for their purchases and are to ensure this TOS and other agreements are not compromised in any manner without the direct and written permission of Timaeus himself. Timaeus holds all rights over any image he produces and or code/video/creative writing, and can withdraw his images from those who violate this TOS including the compensation of the time and effort included in any project. If images are revoked under this TOS, a large punitive damage settlement is required to compensate any loses on the part of Timaeus or TCC under the TCC TOS GFX act. All creations of TCC and Timaeus are under CCL and belong to us (TCC).

Identities under the TOS:
Timaeus the handle: Refers to an individual whos name is protected online as the name Timaeus. Although the name is not a registered legal name, the works he does under this name are copyrighted as his own individual intellectual works.
TCC the handle: Refers to the group of people that Timaeus works with in partnering ventures. Although it is not a registered company name, it is a mere reference to the works done by Timaeus and his group. All intellectual works are still creative and therefore under the influence of creative copyrights.
