Longtime vocalist Don McMillan announced in November of 2003 that his primary project for over 10 years,
Habeas Corpus, officially had come to an end. Habeas Corpus put together some memorable shows,
recordings,
tributes and news throughout their time, cementing themselves as a strong mainstay on the circuit for years to come.
On a personal note, Don McMillan has created a new group under the moniker, "MIND FURNACE"
