When we first entered this building, it was evident that years of neglect had taken its toll. Water leakage through large holes in the roof damaged ceilings, walls, seats, and virtually every interior finish. The only solution was to gut the inside of the building to exposed brick walls and roof trusses, then rebuild and reinforce the roof. Complete new electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems replaced vandalized or obsolete ones.
