This tool is less a server than a graphical user
interface to submit chess moves. The player will 
receive an email notification when his opponent 
played a move. 

In favor of flexibility this server tool has 
NO TIME MANAGEMENT. But the Arbiter has a close 
look at  the move history and will see when it 
comes to an exceeding of the time limit.

REGARD: |Request Draw| and |Resign| buttons 
react immediately WITHOUT CONFIRMATION !
