IECC-104 vs DESC's 11th team championship with participating clubs 
Starts April 1st, 2010; ends March 31st, 2011.
Our personal thanks to DESC for organizing this tournament. 
The following rules apply for this event: 
The time control is "10/30" cumulative ( 10 moves per 30 used days ).
Include "sent/rcvd/ansd" dates with moves to help settle time disputes.
Using more than 30 days to answer any one move could result in forfeiture.
Players should carbon copy both team captains when sending a 10th day repeat.
42 days of leave per year are available upon request to each player.
