Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9" x 9" brownie pan with aluminum foil and spray with Pam. (or lightly coat foil with oil)
Put egg, garlic, and parsley in blender. Add rinsed chicken livers and puree. In a large bowl add flour, corn meal and pureed liver mixture. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Turn off oven and let cool in oven for 30 more minutes. I cut these into 3" squares, put in a heavy duty ziplock bag, and freeze.
When you need some treats, thaw one square in microwave, and slice into thin wafers. I probably get 36 treats out of one 3" square. Some dogs prefer getting 5 little tiny treats to just getting one larger treat. These keep in the freezer almost forever, in the refrigerator for 10 days, and they can be left at room temperature for several days.
The best thing about these is that the dogs love them, and they are very healthy - no additives, sugar, salt or fat. And they don't stain your pockets.
